Water Pros Plumbing is a licensed, family-owned plumbing company serving Gilbert, Arizona and the surrounding East Valley. We are licensed in Arizona under ROC #323563.

We provide residential and commercial plumbing services, including drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, leak detection, sewer line work, fixture installation, water treatment, and related plumbing work. The specific scope of any job is the work agreed upon between you and Water Pros Plumbing.

Estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time and the conditions we can observe. The final price may change if the actual scope of work differs from what was expected, for example if hidden damage, code issues, or additional repairs are discovered. We will discuss any significant change with you before proceeding whenever possible.

We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, though arrival times may shift due to emergencies, weather, or factors outside our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can serve you and other customers.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. You are responsible for paying for the work performed and any materials supplied.

Any warranty on our workmanship or on the parts and equipment we install will be as described to you in writing for that job. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms. We do not warrant pre-existing plumbing or conditions we did not install or repair.

To help us complete work safely and on time, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the problem and the property
• Give us safe access to the work area
• Disclose known issues that could affect the work, such as prior repairs or hidden lines
• Obtain any permissions needed if you are not the property owner

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Water Pros Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under Arizona law.
